We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk and Sales Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining inventory records.

This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing information about products and services.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage sales transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and recording sales invoices.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Organize and manage the display of products in the store to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
  • Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
