Key Responsibilities
  • Managing front-desk operations, switchboard, WhatsApp, and practice emails

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments with 100% accuracy

  • Maintaining accurate patient records and digital files

  • Managing patient intake, consent forms, and follow-up communication

  • Coordinating patient aftercare communication and engagement

  • Maintaining a welcoming and professional reception environment
