A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Finance and Insurance Business Manager for a vehicle dealership in Northern Cape. The role involves arranging vehicle financing and insurance, processing deals accurately, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience and a valid SA driver's license. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience as a Finance and Insurance manager.
- Experience in the motor industry and dealership environment.
- Valid SA Driver's license.

- Arrange vehicle financing and insurance for customers.
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately.
- Ensure compliance with vehicle financing regulations.

Formation
We are looking for a Finance and Insurance Business manager for a vehicle dealership in Northern Cape.
- Arranging vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of products and extended warranties.
- Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing bank finance approvals.
- Understanding and complying with regulations that affect the financing of vehicles.
- Signing of legal documents/contracts with clients.
- Ensuring all vehicles are delivered and paid for by the respective bank within an acceptable time frame.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Finance and Insurance manager.
- Experience working within the motor industry and dealership environment.
- Working with dealerships like VW, Hyundai, Audi etc.
- NQF 4 FAIS Qualification, RE Accreditation, NCA Accreditation (Legislative Requirement).
- Must have a proven track record and able to reach targets.
- Must be able to work under pressure and able to handle large volume of cars per month.
- Good communication skills, good negotiation, good customer relationships.
- Valid SA Driver’s license.
- Grade 12.
- Clear criminal record.
