Position Overview:As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing their social media strategy. You'll have the exciting opportunity to shape their online presence, engage with their audience, and contribute to the growth of their brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms through CANVA.
- Craft compelling captions and stories that resonate with our target audience.
- Execute the social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Manage social media posts and ensure posts are actioned on specific dates and times.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into our social media approach.
- Community Engagement:
- Foster a positive online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborate with our audience to create user-generated content and interactive campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the management team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and customers to enhance brand visibility.
Min requirements andQualifications:
