Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data and derive insights to refine marketing strategies
  • Innovation of new marketing strategies, keeping updated with marketing trends
  • Finding solutions to change and target the correct messaging for various projects
  • Manage team of Property Agents and Marketing personnel
  • Accurate and relevant reporting of ongoing marketing and sales progress
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape
  • Delivering on sales targets
  • Tracking of sales progress from inception to transfer
  • Driving lead generation and sales support
  • Responsible for sales strategy and execution
  • Drive marketing strategy across all relevant platforms
  • Effective marketing campaign management and co-ordination
  • Drive consistent brand positioning
  • Organize and manage property viewings, open houses, and other client-facing events Effective stakeholder collaboration with internal departments (sales, design, project management) as well as external parties (media, service providers)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management and/or marketing management within the real estate or property development sector
  • Real Estate or Marketing qualification advantageous
  • Experience in managing a property sales team
  • Working knowledge of property marketing campaigns & execution of sales rollout
  • Working experience with relevant real estate software systems, CRM & Social Media ap
  • Experience with regulatory compliance obligations for PPRA and FIC
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software tools
  • Results driven and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience managing budgets and drive profitability successfully
