Partner with managers to craft smart sourcing strategies. Elevate our employer brand across LinkedIn and beyond. Keep hiring bias-free, inclusive, and data-driven.
  • HR Partnering & Culture: Be the trusted advisor for leaders navigating growth and change. Drive performance management, career growth, and retention strategies. Collaborate with L&D to build leadership programs and talent pipelines. Champion DHL values and create a culture of recognition and accountability.
  • Compliance & Risk: Stay sharp on labour laws and ethical standards. Partner with ER/IR on complex cases and CCMA prep.
  • HR Analytics: Turn data into insights that move the needle on engagement, diversity, and performance.
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years HR experience, with at least 3 years as a business partner.
  • 3+ years in talent acquisition (you know your stuff!).
  • Strong ER/IR knowledge in complex environments.
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Industrial Psychology, or similar (Honours = bonus points).
