• A recognised Degree and/or a 4-year professional Teaching Qualification or higher in the respective phase and subjects.
• Fully accredited member of the South African Council for Educators.

• Teaching Geography at English Home Language Level to Grades 10, 11, and 12.
• Teaching Senior Phase Social Science and/or moderation of assessments.

• Responsible for all duties as required of an academic educator.
• Commitment to subject-related activities.
• Lead by example in conduct and instruct learners through excellent teaching.
• Incorporate the school's values into daily teaching.
• Participate in co-curricular and extra-mural activities.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to use own initiative.
• Enthusiastic, assertive, and flexible.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Open and creative outlook to education.
• Matric marking experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with parents, staff, and learners.
• Willing to engage with learners and their families to support children effectively.
• Must be a team player.
• Computer literacy is essential.
