- End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payroll.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and timesheets.
- Ensure compliance with tax, UIF, and statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist HR and Finance with payroll reporting and reconciliations.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Matric (Payroll/HR qualification advantageous).
- 3+ years’ experience as a Payroll Administrator.
- Previous FMCG or manufacturing sector experience preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., VIP/SAGE, Payspace, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of BCEA, tax, and statutory regulations.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Fixed-term: 6 months (possibility of extension based on performance & business needs).
