A leading global reinsurance firm located in Rosebank, South Africa, is seeking a Business Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in an administrative role, strong skills in travel management, and be proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Key duties include managing travel logistics, coordinating meetings, and providing support to the Chief Financial Officer and team members.

We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to support different teams on administrative and general office management support reporting into the Chief Financial Officer at Munich Reinsurance Africa Branch (MRAB).
You will be the main person and topic owner responsible for all overarching conceptual and organizational topics which informs how MRAB will manage travel.
