Engineering Drawings & Change Control Specialist
Job summary
A leading HR solutions provider in South Africa is looking for a Technical Administrator to support the engineering department. You will manage engineering change orders, track projects, create drawings, and ensure document control. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in draughting, good CAD skills, and strong attention to detail. This position requires excellent administrative abilities and a technical background.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of CAD software, e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Technical background is very important.
Responsibilities
- Administration and control of the Engineering Change Order process.
- Project tracking and facilitating timeline reviews.
- Creation of drawings and upkeep of the drawing system.
- Engineering department document control as required.
