Job summary
A dynamic company in South Africa is seeking a reliable Junior Payroll Administrator responsible for payroll administration, maintaining employee records, and collaborating with HR and Finance teams. Ideal candidates will have VIP Premier experience and a matric certificate. The role offers a CTC of R15 per month, and attention to detail is essential.
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) is mandatory.
- VIP Premier experience is essential.
- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a similar role.

- Process payroll for all employees, including salaried and hourly staff.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on employee-related matters.

Our company is seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Junior Payroll Administrator to manage payroll administration efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all payroll processing and for maintaining accurate employee records. VIP Premier experience is non negotiable.
- Process payroll for all employees, including salaried and hourly staff.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams on employee-related matters.
- Matric (Grade 12) – mandatory.
- VIP Premier experience – essential.
- Experience with ERS Biometrics will be advantageous.
- National Diploma or qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field – preferred.
- Minimum of 2–5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of labour legislation, taxation, and payroll processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must be able to work effectively within a team.
Cost to Company (CTC) : R15, per month
