Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ProjectManager, and you will be responsible for managing larger, more complex projects, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful and timely delivery across multiple business units. In addition to managing projects, you will be accountable for supervising and mentoring Project Managers and other team members, providing guidance and support. Collaborating closely with department heads to drive productivity, increase revenue, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. You will be required to handle project‑related issues, risks, and change requests, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work remotely with occasional on‑site engagements.

What you will be doing:

Project Requirements and Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain project plans to guide clients, staff members, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Delivery and Execution:

  • Deliver project scope while adhering to time, resource, and cost limitations, ensuring all project goals are met.
  • Apply creative and analytical problem‑solving approaches, fostering teamwork, innovation, and excellence within the project team.
  • Manage projects according to established project management methodologies, ensuring consistent application of processes and standards.
  • Plan, assign, track, and manage task allocation to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Change and Risk Management:

  • Use appropriate change management techniques to address scope, schedule, and cost adjustments as required.
  • Monitor project performance, providing regular status updates to key stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Perform essential project management disciplines, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Facilitate project workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developing leadership, communication, and customer relations skills to effectively liaise with project collaborators.
  • Ensure that the final product aligns with quality expectations and satisfies all stakeholder requirements.

Quality Control and Documentation:

  • Conduct quality reviews of deliverables to ensure they meet the acceptance criteria and stakeholder expectations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress, decisions, and changes throughout the project.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead cross‑functional project teams, guiding them from project initiation through post‑implementation activities.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate project managers, supporting their professional development and growth.
  • Collaborate with executive‑level managers, providing feedback on the performance of project managers and the project management office.

Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:

  • Contribute to the establishment of practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships that enhance project success and operational efficiency.
  • Continue professional development to stay current with emerging technologies, project management methods, and best practices.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the fields of information technology or project management.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects across full product lifecycle, with an understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle.
  • Experience in successfully leading projects and programs on time, on‑schedule, and within budget parameters.
  • Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding the team accountable for performance.
  • Experience influencing and gaining buy‑in from executives, sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Working knowledge of project management software tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
