Job summary
A well-established recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Administration Clerk for a panel shop in Roodepoort. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a workshop environment, strong proficiency in Quickbooks and MS Excel, along with excellent customer focus and organizational skills. Responsibilities include invoicing and managing vehicle quotes. The role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
- 3 years experience in a Panel Shop / Workshop environment.
- Experience invoicing and creating vehicle quotes.
- Must function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Our client a well established Privately Owned Panel workshop is seeking the services of an experienced and dynamic Admin Clerk for the Roodepoort area.
The successful candidate will have 3 years experience in a Panel Shop / Workshop environment. Highly experienced in Quickbooks and MS Excel.
Min Requirements
- 3 years Service Advising Experience advantageous
- Must have strong customer focus
- Experience in invoicing and vehicle quotes is essential
- Must be proficient in Quickbooks
- Excellent attention to detail and must be highly organised and good at filing.
- Knowledge of creating Jobcards.
- Must have intermediate - Advanced MS Excel skills (Formulas)
- Must be able to function under pressure this is non negotiable as it is a fast paced environment.
- Experience in payroll will be advantageous
- 3 years experience in Debtors & Creditors is essential.
