What You’ll Do:

• Shape and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes to deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local financial regulations while managing audits and statutory requirements.
• Drive cost optimization, evaluate key contracts and partnerships, and develop pricing models.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and auditors, representing the finance function in strategic forums.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 10 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on telecommunications or digital infrastructure. (non negotiable)
• Proven expertise in FP&A, financial controls, and multinational compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems, tools, and Excel modelling.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
