Job summary

A reputable healthcare organization in Durban seeks an Admissions Clerk responsible for managing the full admissions process. The ideal candidate must have Matric, be computer literate, and possess 1-2 years of relevant hospital experience, including knowledge of medical aids and pre-authorizations. The role requires shift work and excellent communication skills to provide top-quality service to patients. Preference will be given to candidates from the designated group, in alignment with the Employment Equity Act.

Responsibilities

  • Inform patients of payment procedures.
