A prominent company in Polokwane is seeking an experienced Account Manager to cultivate client relationships and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of sales experience and exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities include managing client expectations, pursuing new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective relationship management. Account Managers create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and play an important role in retaining existing clients and key customers, as well as achieving assigned sales targets. The Account Managers role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and ensure the customers needs are met timeously, develop new business from existing clients, manage expectations, and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account managers find solutions client issues and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.
