Job summary
A leading lodge management company in Brits is seeking an experienced Hospitality & Lodge Manager to oversee all aspects of lodge operations, including guest experience and financial management. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the field and exhibit strong business acumen. This role offers a monthly salary of R 22,500 and opportunities for career growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ proven experience in a commercial, lodge, or hospitality management role.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations including F&B, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Professional grooming and presentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, GP, and COS to maximize profitability.
- Monitor revenue streams across accommodation, F&B, and activities.
- Prepare financial, operational, and guest satisfaction reports.

We’re seeking an experienced Lodge / Hospitality Manager (Commercial Manager) to oversee all aspects of lodge operations, from guest experience and financial management to team leadership and service excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional with strong business acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or Finance
- 5+ years’ proven experience in a commercial, lodge, or hospitality management role
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, GP / COS control, and revenue reporting
- Solid understanding of hospitality operations including F&B, housekeeping, and guest services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and lodge / property management systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and guest-relations skills
- Professional grooming and presentation standards
- Manage budgets, GP, and COS to maximize profitability
- Monitor revenue streams across accommodation, F&B, and activities
- Achieve commercial and sales targets as set by management
- Prepare financial, operational, and guest satisfaction reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
- Drive continuous improvement in operations and service quality
