Responsibilities

  • Open contracts on system.
  • Draw up physical contracts (Purchase and sales contracts).
  • Send out contracts to customers and suppliers.
  • Collect unsigned contracts.
  • Manage monthly bank audit through collection of proofs of delivery and storage of invoices.
  • Conduct monthly commission reconciliations.
  • Check and analyze profit calculations.
  • Invoice to customers.
  • Create new customers on system.

My client, a well established concern has a vacancy for an Administrative Coordinator to join their team. A relevant degree, B.Comm or similar and 2 - 3 years experience in an administrative or financial role advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Opening of contracts on system.

  • Sending out contracts to customers and suppliers.

  • Monthly commission reconciliations.
  • Checking and analyzing profit calculations.
  • Invoicing to customers.
  • New customers create on system.
