Seeking a dynamic, experienced, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide world-class support to the Managing Director and his executive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of critical executive operations.

Requirements

  • National Diploma in Office Management or equivalent qualification (advantageous).
  • 10+ years proven experience as an Executive PA at senior level.
  • Exceptional organisation, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Professional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High levels of confidentiality, maturity, and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the right hand to the MD and Directors, managing day-to-day operations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Master the calendar plan and schedule meetings, appointments, video/teleconferences, and events seamlessly.
  • Serve as the first point of contact screening calls, managing diaries, and coordinating with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Research, prepare, and polish executive reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Organise high-level events, conferences, and catering arrangements.
  • Manage expense claims, promotional materials, and occasional personal errands.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of information and provide exceptional executive support at all times.
