This role would also have additional responsibility of supporting the E+ business across APAC region. This leadership role sits within the APAC HR leadership team and work towards championing the country HR in various forums. A heavily execution focused role which will ensure that all initiatives including but not limited to talent development, coaching, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation, are managed as per our standard work. This leadership role needs to be hands-on while also providing able to wear a strategic hat as and when needed. The role also would be a coach/mentor for the HR team in India and as well as the business partners in the country.This position reports to the HR Vice President - APAC and Micro Electronics, Global and is part of the Human Resources function located in Pune, India and will be an on-site role.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Partner With Business/Country Leaders (25%): Guide talent and career development, succession planning, and talent assessments. Champion company values and culture to drive engagement, retention, communication, and trust. Provide training and coaching for managers in people leadership. Support people-related aspects of business goals and strategies. Consult on legal, employment casework, compliance, and investigations. Track and analyze HR KPIs to drive engagement and development. Champion DE+I initiatives.With Associates (25%): Understand associate needs and drive engagement and retention initiatives. Support and deliver programs aligned with strategic HR priorities. Facilitate engagement through new hire orientation and onboarding. Coordinate and deliver on-site learning programs.With HR Organization (30%): Partner with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers for effective recruitment. Collaborate with CoE teams for talent management and total rewards solutions. Oversee transactional activities, HR system updates, compensation, benefits, and talent management. Drive change and process improvements to serve business priorities. Participate in HR projects to improve HR service delivery. Partner with global HRBPs to balance functional and regional HR practices.With Direct Reports (20%): Coach, engage, and develop team members. Lead employee relations, health and welfare policies, and HR policy development. Ensure effective implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.The essential requirements of the job include: 10+ years of professional experience in HR, including 5+ years leading an HR team. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and practices. Fluent in written and verbal communication in English. Have managed large multilocational H/C of >400 Shown growth in previous organisationsIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: In managing HR for medium to large commercial/manufacturing/ engineering organizations. Implementing HR strategies across diverse regions, particularly in APAC. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and global HRBPs Multilingual proficiency.
