Job summary
A global technology company located in Singapore is seeking an HR Director to lead and develop global HR strategies while overseeing all HR functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international HR, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, with a Master's preferred.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in the IT or tech industry.
- Proven experience working in a global or multi-national environment.
- Strong understanding of international labor laws and HR practices.

- Lead and develop global HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across regions.

- Support leadership development and succession planning globally
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in the IT or tech industry
- Proven experience working in a global or multi-national environment
- Strong understanding of international labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
