VP, HR Business Partner - (2400015V)

Description

• Provide guidance in people matters to support business strategies and goals.
• Advise, support and partner line managers and employees on HR matters relating to performance management, talent development, resourcing, rewards and recognition, employee engagement and relations.
• Build strong partnership with both line managers and employees to effectively champion and implement HR programmes and processes.
• Collaborate with internal HR specialists to further develop people capabilities.
• Work with managers to manage employee performance and disciplinary matters.
• Support daily HR administrative matters such as employee inquiries, reporting, documentation, and data analysis.

Who you are

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder management.
• High drive for results, analytical, detail oriented and adept at working with data and metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work well in high pressure situations, and consistently deliver under tight time constraints while working effectively with multiple and diverse stakeholders.

University degree in any discipline with at least 10 years of working experience as a HR Business Partner.
