Job summary

A leading HR agency in Singapore is looking for an HR Executive responsible for processing payroll for foreign workers, maintaining employee records, and assisting in HR administration. Candidates must communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, have experience in HR or payroll, and possess strong organizational skills. This role offers a salary of up to $2800 and requires attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR administration and payroll processing is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MOM regulations and foreign workforce administration preferred.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Process monthly payroll for foreign workers accurately.
  • Prepare and submit IR21 income tax clearance submissions.

🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
💰 Salary: Up to $2800

Job Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll for foreign workers accurately and on time
  • Prepare and submit IR21 income tax clearance submissions
  • Register employees for mandatory training courses (CSOC, Work at Height, etc.)
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies for foreign worker recruitment and documentation
  • Maintain and update employee personnel records (hardcopy and softcopy)
  • Prepare monthly administrative reports, including:
    • Overtime (OT) reports
    • Grab usage reports
    • Vehicle/car tracking reports
  • Assist with coordination of company events and staff activities
Job Requirements
  • Able to communicate clearly in English and Mandarin, as needs to communicate with Mandarin speaking workers.
  • Experience in HR administration and/or payroll processing is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MOM regulations and foreign workforce administration preferred
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
