Manage all HR functions (recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training) for the Singapore office and subsidiaries in Malaysia and China.
Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, promotions, and exit interviews, ensuring timely documentation.
Supervise external payroll services to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including monthly processing and annual submissions(AIS and Form E), preparation of IR8A and EA Forms for Singapore and Malaysia.
Handle daily HR operations and admin tasks for the Singapore headquarters and subsidiaries in Malaysia and China.
Ensure HR policies comply with MOM regulations and local labor laws.
Handle monthly internal payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance across Singapore and subsidiaries in Malaysia.
Work with department heads to address skills gaps and arrange training for employee development.
Assist with performance management, including appraisals, goal setting, and career progression.
Mentor the HR team and promote a high-performance culture aligned with company goals.
Address employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair resolutions.
Manage corporate insurance renewals including Group Medical Insurance and Work Injury Compensation Insurance, government training grants, and tenancy and license renewals.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR management roles.
Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of Singapore labour laws; regional knowledge is a plus.
Experience in HR software and MS Office Suite, Infotech.
Proficiency in mandarin is vital in this role to deal with mandarin speaking counterparts
