Job Description

1. Prospecting & meeting potential clients to expand firm’s sales & business
2. Conceptualize interior designs
3. Provide design presentations to close sales
4. Handle all documentations of your projects required for work commencement to finish
5. Project management/ coordination
6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for design work to ensure a smooth completion

Requirements
1. Must be able to Speak Chinese and English communicate with Client and Supplier
2. Diploma/Bachelors in Interior Design/Architecture
3. Proficiency in MS words, PowerPoint and Excel
4. Knowledge in CAD & design software e.g. Coohom, Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop etc. would be advantageous
5. Good communication & problem-solving skills under pressure
6. A keen eye for details
7. Most importantly, must be responsible & accountable
