Your day at NTT DATA

The Senior Associate Service/Product Offer Management Specialist is a developing subject matter expert responsible for managing the lifecycle of a product or service. This role involves understanding the product or service to craft technical solutions supporting clients, ensuring these solutions meet client requirements. Additionally, the role promotes and positions the company's products and services in the market, identifies new commercially viable offerings, and enhances existing ones.

By monitoring legislative, regulatory, and shareholder requirements, the Senior Associate can provide insights and impact assessments to ensure full compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Engineers, Consultants, Technical Architects, and Solution Architects to ensure solutions meet client needs.
  • Achieve product sales targets to meet financial goals.
  • Deliver product training to client-facing staff.
  • Support the Sales team in closing deals involving their products and services.
  • Analyze product data to identify trends and insights.
  • Contribute to the development of new or improved products, processes, and services.
  • Research and interpret competitor offerings and market trends.
  • Determine appropriate pricing strategies.
  • Support product design, modeling, and testing.
  • Draft and maintain product specifications documents.
  • Evaluate market trends related to the product line.
  • Assist in compiling client proposals and responses to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Obtain vendor product certifications.
  • Participate in the product development lifecycle to assess impacts on users and support areas.

  • Develop knowledge of market segments, product portfolios, and lifecycles.
