JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for managing the entire spectrum of branding and marketing functions, working closely with the CEO to develop strategies that support the Board’s overall strategic aims and objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in opening and closing new stores/restaurants, liaising with contractors and vendors.
- Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and administration.
- Plan and coordinate monthly promotions for each brand.
- Collaborate with the team to design restaurant layouts, menus, and promotional materials.
- Work with the R&D team on new product development ideas.
- Coordinate with operations and outlets for promotional activities.
- Review monthly and yearly sales, product mix, expenditure, and profitability; develop solutions or recommendations for management.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
- Manage Instagram accounts for all brands, focusing on marketing, promotions, and new product launches.
- Monitor market and customer trends; assess the effectiveness of promotional activities and recommend improvements.
- Review and adjust the marketing plan based on market, consumer, competitor, and product developments to enhance sales and product offerings.
- Coordinate renovation work with contractors and landlords, including obtaining quotations, managing invoices, scheduling, and inspecting sites to ensure timely completion.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Branding and Marketing with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint; Adobe skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across all levels.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Willingness to travel frequently to different outlets for quality checks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
