Job summary
A telecommunications service provider is seeking retail sales staff in Singapore. The role involves selling mobile phones, tablets, and related products while ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates should possess 'N' Level qualification and be willing to work retail hours. Starting pay is $1,650 monthly with incentives and commissions upon confirmation, potentially increasing average gross salary to $2,300. Excellent benefits include medical and dental coverage, along with other incentives.

Responsibilities
- Handle sales of telecommunication products like mobile phones and accessories.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Participate in roadshows and stock counts.
Skills
Education
- To handle sales of telecommunication products such as mobile phones, tablets, mobile-related accessories, service contracts (mobile, cable TV, broadband, etc.) and any other related services according to the Standard Operations Procedure with target
- To ensure all updated POS materials are displayed promptly
- To participate in roadshows, stock count, etc.
- To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- To manage issues that arise from customers (e.g. complaints, feedback, etc.)
- To maintain housekeeping and cleanliness within the outlet
- Candidate must possess at least “N” Level or equivalent in any field
- Must be willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-driven and customer service oriented
- Product training will be provided
- Responsibility and Accountability
- Only Singaporean may apply
- 5 days’ work week
- Working hours: 10.30am to 9.30pm
- Multiple work locations: Islandwide (High traffic shopping malls)
- Successful applicants would be stationed at Causeway Point for training and/or work
- Starting pay starts from $1,650 per month; Low basic / Incentive / High Commission (No Cap)
- Upon confirmation, average gross salary starts from $2,300 (Basic + Incentive + Commission + Overtime)
- Excellent benefits (medical, dental etc..) + 13 month salary + Group insurance coverage benefits + Other incentive
