Job summary

A leading event management company in Singapore is seeking an M&E Sales Executive to drive sales and account management for event services. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in hospitality or event sales and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. Responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, ensuring event execution, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills and knowledge of the Meeting and Events industry in Singapore.

Job responsibilities
  • Sales and account management to achieve project revenue targets for M&E and event services in Singapore
  • Identify and pursue new M&E business opportunities in Singapore
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies and meeting and events industries
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate internally with teams in Singapore (sales, operations, finance) to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote our services and generate leads
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Conceptualize, plan, and manage various types of events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, and corporate meetings
  • Develop marketing and promotional materials for events in collaboration with his/her team
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and obtain necessary permits for events
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in meeting and events business in Singapore
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality or event sales
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of the Meeting and Events industry in Singapore
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of business practices in Singapore
