Job summary

A leading energy solutions provider in Jurong West is looking for a Sales Coordinator/Senior Sales Executive. The role involves managing indoor and outdoor sales for valves, pipes, and fittings, addressing customer inquiries, and preparing sales documentation. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong analytical skills. The position offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary package ranging from $2,500 to $3,550.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in sales of valves, pipes, and fittings, hardware products, or electrical items, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle indoor sales for valves, pipes and fittings (Coordinator).
• Handle outdoor sales for valves, pipes and fittings (Senior Sales).
• Manage sales enquiries and customer purchase orders.
• Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders and purchase orders.
• Liaise with customers on product quality and delivery matters.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to maintain good customer relationships.
• Arrange shipment according to sales orders.
• Retrieve mill test certificates when required.
• Work with the Finance Department to monitor and follow up on customer payments.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
