Job description

Job Responsibilities

• To handle sales of telecommunication products such as mobile phones, tablets, mobile-related accessories, service contracts (mobile, cable TV, broadband, etc.) and any other related services according to the Standard Operations Procedure with target
• To ensure all updated POS materials are displayed promptly
• To participate in roadshows, stock count, etc.
• To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• To manage issues that arise from customers (e.g. complaints, feedback, etc.)
• To maintain housekeeping and cleanliness within the outlet

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least “N” Level or equivalent in any field
• Must be willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales-driven and customer service oriented
• Product training will be provided
• Responsibility and Accountability
• Only Singaporean may apply

More information

• 5 days’ work week
• Working hours: 10.30am to 9.30pm
• Multiple work locations: Islandwide (High traffic shopping malls)
• Successful applicants would be stationed at Causeway Point for training and/or work
• Starting pay starts from $1,650 per month; Low basic / Incentive / High Commission (No Cap)
• Upon confirmation, average gross salary starts from $2,300 (Basic + Incentive + Commission + Overtime)
• Excellent benefits (medical, dental etc..) + 13 month salary + Group insurance coverage benefits + Other incentive
