Perm Night Shift Customer Service Representative (Government Project)
Location: LabradorPark MRT (10 mins walk)
Gross Salary: Gross Up to $3,200 + Yearly Bonus
Leave: 14 days Annual Leave + 1 Birthday Leave + Comprehensive Medical & Dental Coverage
Working Days & Hours: 3–4 days per week as per roster assigned, 9pm to 9am fixed
Contract Period: Up to 6 months to 12 months renewable

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the government project. In this role, you'll handle calls, emails, and LiveChat from the public, provide timely solutions, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. • Serve as the first point of contact for the public via calls, emails, and LiveChat.
• Provide accurate information on services, processes, and inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
• Contribute to a government initiative that benefits the wider community.
