A luxury jewellery company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to deliver exceptional client experiences in bespoke jewellery. The ideal candidate will guide clients through every aspect of their journey, from initial consultation to final delivery, ensuring their vision is translated into beautifully crafted pieces. Strong communication skills and a passion for design are essential. You will work in a calm, design-led environment and be part of significant milestones in clients’ lives.
We are looking for a Sales Executive who has a genuine passion for jewellery and a strong eye for design. This role goes beyond sales, you will guide clients through their bespoke journey, understand their intentions, and help translate their ideas into beautifully crafted pieces.
You will be involved from the first conversation to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and reassuring experience for every client.
Client Experience & Sales
Conduct personalised consultations for bespoke jewellery, including engagement rings, wedding bands, and custom pieces
Guide clients through design options, stone selection, proportions, and finishing details with confidence and care
Build trust and long‑term relationships by offering thoughtful advice tailored to each client’s needs
Design & Conceptualisation
Understand clients’ ideas, preferences, and stories, and translate them into clear design concepts
Work closely with designers and craftsmen to ensure designs accurately reflect the client’s vision
Review CAD designs and provide feedback before presenting them to clients
Project & Post‑Sales Management
Manage the end‑to‑end bespoke process, including timelines, updates, approvals, and delivery
Handle post‑sales matters such as resizing, refinements, after‑care, and follow‑ups
Maintain clear documentation and ensure a smooth handover between sales, design, and production
Brand Representation
Uphold Ocean Bleu’s brand values, service standards, and refined client experience
Maintain product knowledge across materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship standards
Strong interest and passion for jewellery and design (formal training is a bonus but not required)
Good visual sense and attention to detail, especially in proportions, aesthetics, and finishing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to guide clients with confidence while remaining warm, patient, and attentive
Comfortable managing multiple bespoke projects at different stages
Prior experience in luxury retail, jewellery, design, or client‑facing roles is preferred
Organised, responsible, and able to follow through from start to finish
Work in a calm, design‑led boutique environment
