Job summary
A leading healthcare firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Representative to promote and sell orthopaedic products to healthcare professionals, particularly orthopaedic surgeons. The role involves direct sales, product support in operating theatres, and managing client relationships. Successful candidates will receive in-house training and be responsible for generating new business and supporting existing clients.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Generate direct sales of surgical products to orthopaedic surgeons.
- Provide support for products used in the operating theatre.
- Demonstrate effective product use and technical knowledge.
- Assess clients' needs and present suitable products.
- Review sales performance.
- Identify and establish new businesses.
This position is responsible for promoting and selling orthopaedic products to the relevant healthcare professionals. Customers mainly include orthopaedic surgeons. In-house product training as well as field training in the operating theatre will be provided. Other responsibilities include cold-calling, managing appointments and rapport building to secure new businesses and support management of existing clients.
