A leading financial services firm in Singapore is looking for a CFO to develop financial strategies and oversee financial performance. You will be responsible for reporting on financial status, leading the financial reporting team, and working collaboratively with executives to define company strategy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, extensive management experience, solid knowledge of financial law, and exceptional analytical skills. This role requires strong leadership and communication capabilities.
Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in management roles.
- Proven experience as CFO or finance officer.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law.
Responsabilités
- Develop financial strategies by forecasting requirements and resources.
- Monitor financial performance and initiate corrective actions.
- Report financial status and develop forecasts.

- Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements, identifying monetary resources, and developing action plans.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
- Report financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
- Update job knowledge by remaining aware of new financial regulations, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplish finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Maximize return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community.
- Supervising financial reporting and budgeting team.
- Working closely with other executives and team leaders to develop and execute company strategy.
- Bachelor Degree and above in any fields.
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in management roles.
- Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role.
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
