We are a new start-up company located in Singapore with offices in Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur providing an e-commerce platform to link farmers to local restaurants or hotels for their business needs.
Job description
Meeting the sales goals, target, negotiation and selling to customer needs
Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects for HORECA business.
Achieve sales target, product mix, and meet All KPIs
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships
Developing and executing direct sales strategies to increase the rate of sale of brands and SKUs, especially for hotel and restaurant
Spearhead sales expansion, introduce new products or services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients
Submit sales plans and prepare a counter plan to reach nominated targets
Ensuring timely collection of account receivables
Job requirements
Possess minimum Diploma in Business Management or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in HORECA, preferably in F&B industry
Possess a strong network and contact with HORECA, especially with hotels & restaurants in Singapore
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English
Ability to lead, multi-task, and negotiate throughout the role
Prior experience in a start-up would be highly preferred.
Able to start immediately would be advantageous
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual would be highly preferred
