Job description
  • Location: West region
Job Purpose

To support and drive sales growth of marine engines and related products by managing distributors, developing markets, supporting customers, and achieving sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and achieve monthly, annual, and mid-term sales and profit targets for marine engine products.
  • Analyze market trends, sales performance, and forecasts to support business planning and market development.
  • Manage and support distributors and dealers, including tracking their sales performance and improving their capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, customers, and HQ.
  • Prepare sales quotations, pricing, and support sales negotiations when required.
  • Support and participate in sales seminars, promotions, campaigns, and after‑sales events.
  • Assist distributors and customers with projects, including coordination and basic technical support.
  • Monitor and review sales reports, budgets, and expenses.
  • Support supplier and vendor coordination when needed.
  • Identify and develop new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and basic problem‑solving, escalating complex issues when required.
  • Assess customer and distributor risks and follow company policies and governance guidelines.
  • Support internal teams by identifying skill gaps and sharing market or product knowledge.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the marine engine industry is required.
  • Several years of relevant working experience in sales or commercial roles.
  • Experience in managing or leading people or working as a team lead is preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, especially when dealing with distributors.
  • Familiar with sales processes, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
