RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Drive business growth by building and maintaining long-term client relationships, contributing to overall sales success
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturers to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain and update sales reports and forecasts
  • Learn the sales process by assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotations
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the Engineering/Offshore industry
  • Experience in Security/Telecommunication systems
  • Experience in Offshore industry is an added advantage
  • Dynamic, positive, and outgoing personality
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
