Job summary
A prominent recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee contractual and claims management for major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience with LTA projects, strong leadership skills, and expertise in negotiation. This role involves tender and contract reviews, managing relations with authorities, and addressing claims and disputes. A diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying is required. A competitive salary of up to $8,500 is offered.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in contracts management.
- Experience with Commercial / Mixed Development projects is required.
- Ability to lead contract negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Lead tender and contract review for large-scale projects.
- Manage contractual matters with LTA / Authorities.
- Draft and review all formal contractual correspondence.

Position: Senior Contracts Manager (LTA / Infrastructure Projects)
Salary: Up to $8,500
Working Hours: 5 Days | 8:00am – 6:00pm
Contract Term: Minimum 2 Years
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager with strong LTA project exposure to lead contractual, commercial, and claims management for major infrastructure developments.
- Lead tender and contract review for large-scale projects
- Manage contractual matters with LTA / Authorities
- Chair contract meetings and manage claims & dispute resolution
- Issue and manage notices for variations, delays, and additional payments
- Lead preparation of VO submissions and final accounts
- Oversee variation control systems and contract compliance
- Advise project team on contractual rights, risks, and liabilities
- Draft and review all formal contractual correspondence
- Monitor contract performance, claims status, and valuation certificates
- Lead commercial negotiations in line with contract terms
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with strong LTA project exposure
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
- Experience in Commercial / Mixed Development projects
- Strong claims management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and leadership ability
