Job description

We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to help propel our revenue growth and expand our footprint across Asia‑Pacific. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll collaborate closely with our CEO and leadership team, owning operations & growth, and work with a dynamic HQ team based across Asia‑Pacific. You’ll play a key role in growing our client and consultant base, building strategic relationships, and fueling our ambitious expansion plans in 2025 and beyond.

You will be an experienced sales professional who can bring together legal consultants and specialists and cross‑sell legal solutions to clients. You are at ease with sales targets and are always looking to drive opportunities, relationships and revenue across our organisation. In addition to sales your role will also be integral in setting the shape and strategy for the growing business in the region.

The role is full‑time based in Singapore. Only applications from persons who are currently residing and with a right to work in Singapore will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position our business as a market leader by executing our strategic growth plans.
  • Identify and convert new client opportunities into sales wins.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to generate and qualify leads, building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Cultivate long‑term relationships with clients, uncovering their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Create compelling sales strategies to win and expand business opportunities.
  • Partner with clients to become a trusted advisor helping to create and develop new product lines and insights in response to their needs.
  • Partner with consultant lawyers and our hiring team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
  • Strategically manage consultant resources to optimise client assignments and sales success.
Key Requirements – your skills and experience
  • A strong sales background with demonstrated revenue growth impact.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities with exemplary communication skills.
  • Experience with large scale B2B sales is preferable in legal or other professional services (e.g. accounting, financial services), but not a deal breaker.
  • Comfortable engaging with C‑suite or senior stakeholders within an organisation.
  • A self‑starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment.
