A restaurant management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to oversee operations, maintain profitability, and ensure high customer service standards. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and a good understanding of SFA regulations. Responsibilities include managing stock and ordering supplies while achieving financial and quality goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a restaurant management role.
- Proven customer service experience, strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
- Understanding of current SFA regulations (hygiene and health, safety legislations).
Responsabilités
- Maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals.
- Ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Overseeing stock and ordering supplies.
