Key Responsibilities:
Oversee receiving, warehousing distribution, and maintenance operations to ensure efficient workflows.
Lead, motivate and develop team members to meet productivity and quality targets
Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to ensure operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and support
Perform stock checks and manage inventory accuracy
Liaise with other departments on operation matters
Identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Handle any performance or conduct issues in collaboration with immediate Superior.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent (or relevant certification in logistics/operations management).
Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, or warehouse management systems).
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strict adherence to safety protocols, including the use of mechanical aids (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) where required.
Forklift license (if applicable) – only if operation of MHE is part of core duties.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting operational deadlines.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with staff and other departments.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and documentation.
