A leading hotel in Singapore seeks a sales support professional to assist the Sales Team with daily operations. Responsibilities include preparing sales reports, managing contracts, and handling inquiries. Ideal candidates will have experience in hospitality and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong ability to adapt in fast-paced settings.
Responsibilities
Support the Sales Team with day-to-day operation needs to achieve and maintain profitability
Provide admin support such as handling enquiries via calls/email correspondences promptly
Assist to prepare contracts, room blocking matters and etc
Assist in preparing sales reports for corporate office.
Maintain sales promotional materials; prepare sales kits and collaterals when required
Assist with sales presentations preparations
Competitors analysis
Other sales support activities as required
Requirements
Fluent in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel)
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry will be an added advantage
Meticulous, quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
