A leading childcare organization seeks a campus manager to oversee operations at their facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, manage staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The campus manager is responsible to plan, organize, implement, coordinate, and control services of the campus program, exercising independent decision-making authority as delegated, including budgeting, SOP, and staff management. Operationally, the manager supports all childcare programs and activities in conformance with institutional regulations and supports licensing requirement.
