Job description

The campus manager is responsible to plan, organize, implement, coordinate, and control services of the campus program, exercising independent decision-making authority as delegated, including budgeting, SOP, and staff management. Operationally, the manager supports all childcare programs and activities in conformance with institutional regulations and supports licensing requirement.

Our expectation of this role is as follows;

  • Managing the day to day operation of the campus including co-ordinating the provision of a safe, secure and stimulating environment and meeting ECDA licensing requirements
  • Ensuring that staff comply at all times with pre-school policies, procedures and standards, including health and safety, hygiene, inclusion, confidentiality
  • Supervising and contributing to performance management of staff according to policies and procedures
  • Leading the planning of safe, stimulating and appropriate opportunities according to children’s needs and interests to fulfil the requirements of the ECDA
  • Responsible for the operations of campus including; high standards of customer service, quality check, quality assurance and compliance with regulatory authorities.
  • Ensuring corporate governance and compliance to all regulatory authorities.
  • Ensuring facilities are maintained and cleaned according to state regulations
  • Ensure that problems encountered by staff are resolved; alter policies or procedures to ensure smooth operation of program.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management / Leadership / HR/ ECCE Education or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in the preschool industry will be an advantage.
  • Ability to think strategically and has sound analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to lead and direct changes and is a decisive leader.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
