A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee structural steel construction projects. Responsibilities include planning, managing activities, and ensuring all work meets specifications. Ideal candidates will have at least eight years of local experience in construction management and hold a degree in civil engineering. This position offers an opportunity to lead significant projects in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- At least eight years of relevant local experience in managing structural steel construction.
Responsabilités
- Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the work programmes.
- Prepare and submit all programmes and technical proposals.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications.
Connaissances
Formation
- Plan, manage and co-ordinate all activities related to the work programmes;
- Prepare and submit all programmes, schedule, method of statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans prior to commencement of work to the SO;
- Co-ordinate and attend all meetings;
- Ensure that all Works carried out are in accordance to the Specifications;
- Work out estimates for the work;
- Prepare cutting list, fit-up implementation for final welding;
- Plan and ensure the smooth operation of the work;
- Ensure that the work carried out is according to the Specifications; and
- At least five (8) years relevant local experience in managing structural steel construction.
