Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee receiving, warehousing distribution, and maintenance operations to ensure efficient workflows.

• Lead, motivate and develop team members to meet productivity and quality targets

• Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to ensure operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements

• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and support

• Perform stock checks and manage inventory accuracy

• Liaise with other departments on operation matters

• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Handle any performance or conduct issues in collaboration with immediate Superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent (or relevant certification in logistics/operations management).

• Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, or warehouse management systems).

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.

• Strict adherence to safety protocols, including the use of mechanical aids (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) where required.

• Forklift license (if applicable) – only if operation of MHE is part of core duties.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting operational deadlines.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with staff and other departments.

• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and documentation.
