Job summary
A leading global financial institution in Singapore is seeking an experienced APAC Regional Payments and C&DS head to drive digital transformation and standardization of payment processes across the region. The candidate will act as a point of contact for multiple APAC countries and lead initiatives to ensure compliance with global standards. The ideal applicant has over 12 years of relevant experience and excels in stakeholder management and change leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong Payments and digital adoption leader with 12+ years of experience.
- Clear communicator and stakeholder manager able to challenge the status quo.
- Proven track record of leading projects and change management.
Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for payments across multiple APAC countries.
- Lead Payments and Client & Digital services transformation.
- Ensure compliance with ING Bank N.V. Payments and settlements control framework.
