• Lead and supervise Service Advisors, Customer Service Assistants and Admin staff across service centres.
• Ensure vehicles are serviced quickly with good quality and on‑time delivery.
• Handle and assist in resolving customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor service performance and customer feedback.
