Job summary

A fast-growing global fintech client is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of impactful B2B events across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will manage all event logistics and operations while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in event management, particularly within tech or high-growth environments, and excels at stakeholder management and project execution. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event management, preferably within tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environments.
• Proven experience delivering B2B events, such as executive breakfasts, customer roundtables, launch events, and forums.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event planning and execution, including industry events, executive roundtables, customer meetups, and proprietary forums.
• Own all event logistics and operations, including venue sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure every event delivers a consistent and high-quality brand experience, from content and speakers to production.
