A leading global technology company is seeking a Director of Product Operations in Singapore to lead a team focused on elevating effectiveness in product support and operational excellence. This role involves strategic leadership and hands-on execution, requiring a passion for talent development and scaling high-performance teams. Responsibilities include driving operational transformation, defining product ops strategy, and improving execution quality. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in product operations and strong communication skills.

Qualificações
- 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, PMO, Program Management, or related fields.
- 4+ years managing or leading teams with 10+ FTE in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and bring structure to ambiguity.
- Strong skills in OKRs, planning cycles, governance, and operational metrics.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop a team of 17 in Product Ops.
- Define and implement the Product Ops 2.0 strategy.
- Drive communication on transformation milestones and delivery status.
- Oversee operational performance and product support standards.
