Product Director APAC is a leadership role within the Product team with responsibility for shaping SS&C Calastone’s strategy and products across the APAC region. The role holder will be instrumental in shaping the design and direction of new products, as well as being responsible for day-to-day management of the existing product portfolio and the associated product development activity. This includes conducting market analysis, soliciting client feedback, defining and prioritising work for the development team, and assessing product performance against financial targets.
The role also has a large cross-product component, and will involve close collaboration with others in the product management function, providing regional leadership for Products across our portfolio as agreed with the Head of Product.
You will encourage idea generation from your partners in Sales, Operations, Marketing and Technology and, crucially, directly with clients. You will join specialists in the Sales team in co-creation sessions with clients, aimed at understanding their needs and working on potential solutions collaboratively – keeping scalability and repeatability of the solution front of mind.
