Job summary
A leading semiconductor solutions company located in Singapore is seeking a Head of Product Engineering - Silicon Foundry. This strategic leadership role involves overseeing product technology teams globally, focusing on yield engineering and organizational goals. Candidates should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, 10+ years in the semiconductor industry, and experience managing teams. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential for this position. The role offers full-time employment in a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience within front end semiconductor.
- Minimum 5 years as a line manager leading a team of up to 10 members.
- Experience working with big data is an added advantage.
- Excellent English and Chinese communication skills required.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers and manage product technology teams globally.
- Oversee yield indices across foundries and test houses.
- Spearhead digitalization efforts in APAC.
- Foster relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Integrate new data science capabilities into the yield platform.
