Job summary

A reputable procurement firm in Singapore is looking for a dedicated Procurement Administrator to support procurement operations. The ideal candidate will enhance procurement processes, provide administrative support, and prepare reports. Required qualifications include at least 3 years of experience in e-procurement systems, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in both English and Chinese. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and operating e-procurement systems.
  • Resourceful team player with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the review and enhancement of procurement processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive procurement administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare and generate monthly reports, including inventory summaries and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
  • Manage and verify invoice receipt for assigned outlets.
  • Review and validate purchase orders for completeness and accuracy prior to approval.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to identify sourcing and cost-saving opportunities.
