Finance Director jobs in Singapore

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director to lead the finance function for a hotel chain in Singapore. This role plays a key part in driving financial strategy, governance, and performance across multiple hospitality assets.

• Lead the development and execution of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability
• Deliver commercial and strategic financial advice to senior management to inform decision-making and optimize financial outcomes
• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of group financial reporting, management accounts, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Manage audits, tax matters, and regulatory obligations in Singapore to maintain financial integrity and legal compliance
• Drive cost control initiatives and implement measures to enhance operational profitability across hospitality assets
• Lead capital expenditure planning and conduct investment analysis to support strategic asset management and expansion
• Mentor, develop, and lead the finance team to build capabilities and foster a high-performance culture

• Chartered Accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) – mandatory

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Strong senior finance leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or asset-heavy industries
• Solid knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax, and compliance
• Strong strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
