• Supervise daily financial operations and enhance efficiency.
• Implement best practices for financial management.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and optimize tax strategies.
• Oversee tax planning and reporting processes.

• Uphold high standards of corporate governance and compliance.
• Foster transparency and accountability in financial practices.

• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Cultivate a collaborative and performance-driven environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CPA, CA, or ACCA certification.
• Strong grasp of project accounting principles.
• Proven experience in managing project risks and implementing cost control measures.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and construction project management software.
• In-depth knowledge of the economic landscape in Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia, particularly in the construction sector.
