With a strong global footprint and a commitment to innovation, the organisation is seeking an accomplished finance leader to take on the role of Regional Finance Director for Southeast Asia. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape financial strategy and drive performance across a dynamic and high-growth region.

As the Regional Finance Director, you will oversee all financial operations across multiple markets. You will play a critical role in partnering with regional business leaders and global finance teams to ensure robust financial governance, optimise operational efficiency and support strategic growth initiatives. This is a highly visible leadership role that requires both strategic vision and hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities include leading regional financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to align with corporate objectives. You will provide actionable financial insights to support business decisions and regional expansion, while ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations and corporate policies. The role also involves driving process improvements, implementing best practices in financial controls and reporting and managing treasury, cash flow, and working capital across multiple entities. Additionally, you will partner with senior leadership on investment evaluations and risk management, while building and mentoring a high‑performing finance team across the region.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA being highly desirable. You should bring at least 12 years of progressive finance experience, including a minimum of five years in a regional leadership role. Strong knowledge of Southeast Asian markets and regulatory environments is essential, along with a proven track record in strategic financial planning, business partnering, and operational excellence. Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills are critical.
