A leading interior design company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales growth for vinyl flooring and wall panels. The ideal candidate will have relevant sales experience and strong leadership skills. You will develop strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and mentor the sales team to ensure success. The role offers a competitive salary of $4000 - $5000 plus commission.
Qualifications
- Relevant sales experience in vinyl flooring, wall panels, and decking.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to lead a team.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for interior design materials, including vinyl flooring and wall panels.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, monitoring performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Skills

Location: Bukit Merah
Basic Salary: $4000 - $5000 + Commission
